As a South African and a father, Bruce Campbell, who heads the CGIAR Research Program on Climate Change, Agriculture and Food security, is well acquainted with the question of whether or not to eat meat. On the one hand, it’s part of his culture; on the other, it affects the future of his children and the world in which they’ll live. At the U.N.
